Project Steering Committees: to provide overall project oversight and policy guidance,
Technical Advisory Committees: to offer technical support
National Coordination Unit to provide day-to-day coordination and management of project activities.
At the community level, the project will support Common Interest Groups (CIGs) and VMGs/MMGs/ MCs in preparation, and implementation of restoration and livelihood sub-projects.
An Integrated Hydroshed Committee (IHSC) will be established at the hydroshed level within each participating county, serving as the critical link between the County Project Coordination Unit (CPCU) and local Common Interest Groups (CIGs).
