Component 2: Green Horizons - Sustainable Landscape and Watershed Management

This component will support the restoration and sustainable management of degraded landscapes through the implementation of Hydroshed Management Plans, Micro-Watershed Action plans Ecosystem-Based Plans to promote resilient livelihoods and ecosystem health for communities in the project area.

• Sub-component 2a: Sustainable landscape and watershed management in private and community lands; aiming to restore a total of 150,000 hectares through Tree growing and SLWM
• Sub-component 2b: Restoration of gazetted forests.This sub-component plays a critical role in achieving national forest landscape restoration goals by aiming to restore 50,000 hectares of Gazetted Forests
